The staff was always smiling and very helpful! the pool was clean. it included a shallow area perfect for kids. my apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the basics. i really liked that the location was central but still in a quiet area, providing easy access to shops.
i found the towels a bit worn.

The apartment had comfortable beds and the premises were super clean. Fresh towels were provided every two days and the bed linen was changed every four days. I found parking outside most days, very convenient.

The hotel is situated a short walk from the center. It is also close to Playa Bastian beach. The hotel is conveniently located near a Hyperdino supermarket, and reaching the main square with its bars and restaurants takes about five minutes.

My room had ample space. The complex had a quiet atmosphere, which I appreciated. A brief walk led to the main promenade. The staff contacted me about my room readiness. They also checked if the room was satisfactory and offered extra pillows.
The balcony was NOT cleaned daily.

The complex is super clean and grounds are well kept. everything you need is in the apartment and it is spacious. the quietness was great for us as there was no loud music allowing you to relax peacefully. I loved the pool.
The walls of the apartment are thin. i could hear everything above like flushing toilets or footsteps. Beds are very uncomfortable, i would not return.

I really liked that self-catering was an option. It met our needs wonderfully. the apartment was well-equipped and quite comfy. the bus stop nearby was convenient for exploring. I took a trip to puerto del carmen for only €2.95 each way. the staff were amazing and helpful! the apartment also had ample space.
The wi-fi signal was sometimes a bit weak in certain areas of the apartment, but it wasn't a major issue. I still managed. to stay connected.

The complex has a centrally located pool, it is heated to a comfortable temperature. I also saw a poolside bar. plenty of sun loungers surround the pool, so getting a spot was never difficult. the reception area looked clean, it created a cute first impression.

Our one-bedroom apartment featured a spacious living area with a sofa bed and a tv. the kitchen included a refrigerator, microwave, and sufficient cutlery. I was very happy. the balcony had a nice view of the pool, it was a great way to end the day.

The on-site café served a good breakfast, there was a wide selection of options. i also noticed a few restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Dolmens is only 200 meters away. it offered excellent food and quality service.

i liked the spaciousness of the one-bedroom apartment. it included good room facilities. the grounds were well kept. the pool was amazing.
The bed linen was not changed for the entire week. Cleaning staff only changed towels and emptied bins every other day.
